Charlie is extremely thorough with his inspections. Even with a simple bare warehouse he really looks at everything that most people would not even think twice about. He has extensive knowledge in building codes and has experience in construction. Even the seller's realtor was impressed on how thorough Charlie was. Typically 2–6 hours, depending on the property. We go through it top to bottom using a range of investigative tools, including infrared thermal imaging.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes — and we recommend it. You'll see issues first-hand, get a much better understanding of the property's condition, and can ask questions as we go.
Do you inspect condos differently?
Yes. Beyond the unit itself, we look at the building envelope, common areas and parkade. If you send the Strata minutes, Depreciation Report and Form B ahead of time, we'll review them and flag concerns before the onsite inspection.

Do you do new-home warranty reviews?
Yes. We do 1-, 2-, 5- and 10-year new home warranty reviews, so deficiencies are documented while your warranty coverage still applies.
When will I get the report?
Our residential reports are created onsite and are available right after the inspection is finished.
